It is made from pressure-treated pine/spruce with NTR A/B classification.

Pressure-treated wood is an effective treatment method that significantly extends the wood's durability. PLUS only uses approved impregnation agents that meet Nordic environmental requirements. All PLUS posts are delivered NTR class A pressure-treated, meaning they are effectively protected against rot. You must continuously finish the wood yourself with, for example, wood oil or a wood preservative, or paint it in your desired color.
